O4O Submission: AT&T Comp Plan Amendment

We at O4O believe that any new development in our community should be well-considered.  This is especially the case with any development of the AT&T site, which will bring irrevocable changes to Oakton and must therefore bring commensurate benefits to its residents.   

As part of the AT&T Site Comprehensive Plan Amendment process, we submitted a document to County Planners in December 2024 with our ideas for what appropriate development of the AT&T site might include.   Our proposals and analysis were based on work we've done for the past two years; we have surveyed the community, held public meetings, attended community gatherings, and communicated with residents via email and social media in an effort to gather the concerns and expectations of Oakton residents.
