Options for Oakton has created a second survey to gather data on public sentiment related to public resources and commercial or retail amenities related to the AT&T site development.  EYA, the site developer, has described their proposal as a "once in a generation" opportunity to create a "core" for our area of Fairfax County.  This survey seeks to measure the spectrum of opinions among Oakton residents related to this concept.

Options for Oakton released a first survey on May 8, 2023 to gather data regarding Oakton residents' concerns about the EYA proposal and also about the level of communication about the development plans.  The survey remained open until June 9, and O4O has analyzed the results.
