Current Layout
Here is a map showing how the site is currently laid out. As you can see from the two locations pinpointed on the map, this portion of the Flint Hill Suburban Center contains three office complexes across Jermantown Road from the Oak Marr Rec Center.
Proposed Changes
This image is taken from the current Flint Hill 1 & 4 site plan proposal that has been submitted to the Zoning Department for review. We have labeled it to show the location of the Oak Marr Rec Center, the AT&T site and also Mama Tigre and the Oakton Post Office. Hopefully, this will help with visualizing the location of the proposed development.
Right now, the proposal includes (taken from the current Statement of Justification filed in PLUS):
273 total units at approximately 18.65 dwelling units/acre, including bonus density (affordable units).
186 triplex and 87 townhouse units.
